With a lineage of broken love, how do modern women end the generational curse of broken hearts? What’s the new way to love? To hear the answer to these questions, we sit down with TV and Film writer Latasha to discuss her film She Loves Me Not.
Inspired by the work of contemporary feminist thinker, the late, Ayesha K. Faines, She Loves Me Not rejects the idea that dating is a battle between the sexes. Instead it is a story about the courageous vulnerability in love in a time where toxicity reigns, and an introspection to find where it’s been broken, to bring love home. This short film project is currently crowdfunding for post-production needs.
