Le Méridien Oakbrook Spa Suites

As I arrived at the Le Méridien Oakbrook Center for my Spa Suite facial appointment, Misha the esthetician greeted me in the lobby and escorted me as a VIP upstairs to one of the two spa suites at the west suburban hotel.

The hotel has two rooms that are dedicated to spa services. This is not the traditional large separate room that acts as a spa – this experience is so luxurious, and everyone should experience it.

You walk into the suite and find the massage table set up in a corner where the massage or facial takes place, and the icing on the cake is that this is your private room. At the other end of the suite, there is a a bath tub and shower where you can clean up after your service.

You have 40 minutes after each service to stay in the room, and it’s a fun way to unwind. Room service will deliver anything from the in-room menu, at an additional cost. I recommend ordering a glass of bubbly with the charcuterie plate before your service starts so it all arrives after your treatment for you to enjoy.

Le Méridien Oakbrook Spa Suites On my visit, I had the ESPA personalized facial. This was my first time with ESPA products, and they were so gentle on my skin. My favorite product was the lift and firm mask – it was gentle, and I felt nourished after the mask came off. At the end, the mandarin lip balm was placed on my lips, and the scent was the perfect finish to an enjoyable experience.

Facials start at $110. For more information or to book an appointment, click here.
